House
Log sided, ranch style home with 1262 square feet. Home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath log sided home with a large deck facing the mountains and woods. Built in 1939 it is well maintained with electricity and septic.

Cabin
Rustic log hunting camp located on the upper portion of the ranch. It has spectacular views of the Gore Mountain Range and surrounding valleys. Cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a wood burning stove and a nice deck off the living space. Corral for horses is outside the door.

Barn
Large, new pole barn with metal roof. Has stalls for 6 horses although it is currently being used for storage of snow mobiles, snow cat and other ranch equipment.

Pond
Located on the bottom portion of the ranch. It is on the lower end of the pasture. Pasture is a fully fenced area currently used for cattle grazing.

Roads
Roads are a combination of paved, gravel and dirt going up, through and around property for easy access. The lower section is fully paved including guard rails and goes up to the pond located at the lower end of the pasture. The road turns to a quality gravel road at the pond and continues up about 1/3 up the property. The remainder of the roads are dirt and are accessible 3 seasons out of the year.

Water Sources
On the ranch is the Graham Ditch with water rights. In addition to the ditch there is a well plus 4 springs allowing plenty of water access. The ditch looks like a rambling, gurgling creek as it winds it way around and through the property.
